Gavin Meakin – Senior Manager
With over 13 years of experience in residential care, Gavin began his career as a night support worker and has progressed to managing multiple homes with outstanding success. His passion for creating stable staff teams and ensuring long-term placements has led to significant outcomes for the children in our care. Gavin’s restorative approach builds meaningful connections between staff and young people, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.

James brings over 12 years of experience in residential care, including five years as a registered manager.
